We provide support and counselling in case of incidents. For example, if you experienced
- discrimination by university members;
- bullying;
- sexual harassment.
What happens during counselling by the Equal Opportunities Working Party?
Information:
- about change of name and gender for transgender persons
- about habilitation procedures (folder by the Gender Equality and Diversity unit)
Personnel matters
- The Equal Opportunities Working Party monitors compliance with the gender equality guidelines during the recruitment of new employees to ensure that decisions are taken in an objective, comprehensible and transparent way.
- You can find the gender equality guidelines, including the "Information sheet for preparing a written statement of reasons for staff recruitment", for positions to be advertised.

General tasks
- Participating in habilitation committees in an advisory capacity to take part in and monitor habilitation procedures
- Counselling on equal opportunities, the advancement of women and non-discrimination for all university members
- Lodging complaints with the Arbitration Committee
- Compiling an annual activity report which is submitted to the University Board and the Rectorate
