Counselling

  • You can contact our office, any member of the Working Party or the member of the Working Party responsible for your faculty or centre via telephone, mail or e-mail, regardless if you are affected personally or witnessed an incident. The members of the Working Party treat all enquiries strictly confidential.
  • We will analyse the individual objectives an ddiscuss actual possibilities.
  • In a meeting addressing the further procedure we will explain what options you have:
    • You do not want the Equal Opportunities Working Party to intervene.
→ The incident of discrimination is only documented, maintaining confidentiality.
    • You want the Equal Opportunities Working Party to intervene.
→ For example, by initiating a discussion with the other party involved, with or without the presence of the superior.
  • If it becomes clear during the first meeting that the Equal Opportunities Working Party cannot assist you, we will try to put you in touch with the right unit.
